    Your explanation in the video was very informative. If you can create a semi-professional looking foam insert for your quoted price, I will purchase. I do suffer from the same issues as I work both day and night shift during any given week. Not to mention I am constantly staring at my laptop screen playing catchup on homework late at night.

    Nice job on the pitch! Your use of science, common knowledge, and commanding voice made a very effective pitch. I think you could have added in some detail about the appearance of your product since most people use curtains for appearance. Maybe it looks good on it’s own, or can be covered by curtains. Just a thought! I thought your volume was great and you had a pretty good pace. Thanks for sharing, -April

I think it’s rather ironic that the prompt mentioned leading a project in middle school because that’s exactly what my entrepreneurship experience was. When I was an 8 th grader I was the National Junior Honor Society president. I wanted to start a food drive to benefit our local food pantry, our school was not really doing anything to give back to our community. I learned about the Souper Bowl of Caring organization and I wanted to replicate it at my school. 1 Economic Trend – Gas Prices are increasing This trend was noticed by me naturally when I fill my car up with gas every week, But I also noticed it when I watched the news. Because of U.S. sanctions on Iran, gas prices are beginning to soar. People are limited on their spending by the income they accrue each and every pay period. Whenever people’s disposable income drops an opportunity exists. Alternative transportation provides ways for people to save money and thus they have more they can spend. The prototypical customer would be someone who has enough disposable money to buy an alternative form of transportation in order to save on gas in the long term. This opportunity would be rather difficult to exploit. Developing a different form of transportation will likely take considerable research and development. Assignment 18A - Create a Customer Avatar

After all of my interviews, I have learned about my customer avatar. My customer is someone aged 18-30 who barely has enough hours in the day complete everything that their life requires them to. These people need optimize their life to fit as many tasks into their daily lives. My product allows them to get the most of their sleep every night. This customer often shops at Walmart and other budget stores. He or she drives a midsize sedan that has great gas mileage. They often are taking classes of some kind to further their education. One of the main similarities I have with my customer avatar is my age. I am currently 19 years old and a college student much like my customer avatar. I do not think that the shared similarities is a coincidence. Because I was the creator of my idea, I created it to solve a need I had. This would then make me the customer avatar.
